Ok my neighbors like JUST put up an inflatable snowman/penguin thing that plays LOUD christmas music from 9 am until about midnight. I can hear it in my bedroom when I try to sleep and hear it in the living room when I try to read. Its SO ANNOYING..and its PAST christmas..if they dont wanna take it down they could at least stop it from blaring the same songs over and over! I want to go kill that thing!
I dont really want to go over there because we have weird neighbors and we live in a side by side town house so im not even sure which neighbors it is.

How do I repair the lights and sound on a Gemmy inflatable Christmas decoration?

I have a 11ft. Light Show Inflatable Snowman Family & Penguin (Model #18828) that I purchased last year at Home Depot.
After only 1 season the lights and sound no longer work, only the fan does. When I put it away last year, everything worked. Now when I set it up there are problems.
What do I need to do to get the lights and sound working again?
