Do I need a lawyer to keep my yard display up?

ok here is the situation. I have lived in my current house for five years ( I own it) every year since i have lived here I have decorated for Halloween and Christmas. This summer I got a new neighbor and he is trying to get a restraining order to make me take down my Christmas Decorations!!! Now my yard display is not that large it consists of about 10 items, 3 inflatables 1 santa 1 snowman and 1 train. I also have a small deer and sleight display about 5 foot long. As far as light I only have lights on the eves of my house and 2 trees that go off at 10pm every night. I have gotten a summons to go to court over this my question is do I need a lawyer to fight this?
