I have been to Home Depot and Lowes and their prices are a little too high for me. I live in San Antonio and I would like to find a store that has the lowest prices on yard decorations for Christmas. Like the inflatable snowmen, lighted reindeer, etc. Thanks ahead of time!

I have a 11ft. Light Show Inflatable Snowman Family & Penguin (Model #18828) that I purchased last year at Home Depot.
After only 1 season the lights and sound no longer work, only the fan does. When I put it away last year, everything worked. Now when I set it up there are problems.
What do I need to do to get the lights and sound working again?
